What skills / approach need to follow so any team can give the services in software testing?

   Hi Amir,

   Thanks for your questions. Your question is a bit broad, my answer would be general. Let’s see if it can help you or not.

   When doing testing as a service, I suggest you to build a strong with below skillsets:

   * Automation skills: If you are providing automation service business, your team should have the followings:
   _Be able to build automation framework. Automation framework is “make or break” an automation project. You can build it from scratch or customize the current one
   _Treat automation project as software development project. Many people think automation testing is about testing but in my opinion, it’s more about development. Most of the effort you would spend in automation project is build framework, write script, execute script, debug script and maintain script. We are not doing the testing in Automation. We just use script to check the test which has been designed in advanced
   _Put more focus on technical skills of engineers

   * Manual testing skills: Focus on test design, test execution, test reporting and especially bug finding or exploratory testing skill.

   * Communication skills: We all know communication skill is very important in any project and this is a big topic to discuss about. However, if you are using English as second language, improve your team English skill.
