Some says that we “dont do testing much in our project, because we do TDD” or “TDD reduces my testing effort”. From my understanding, TDD is more about development design not more about testing.
I dont have experience in TDD, can you guys who has been practicing this share your thought on this?
People said that we should not let developers do the testing because they cannot test what they build. Is it true that developers cannot test?
Recently, I have seen software development community discussing and talking about DevOps. I did some searches but I am still vague about this.
I am not really sure what DevOps really is and what problem it helps solve?

In my opinion, testing is more about art while checking is about science.
By Art I mean: "the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power"

Lets say you have a test suite and it takes you an [x] amount of time to execute. Now I have a request to reduce my execution time because we need to release sooner than schedule.
What is your suggestion? Should I ask for more people or just cut down the test?
